Case Study Three“We need to tell our customers more about what we do, the problem is we're not sure we understand it all ourselves!”
To develop the communication strategy we instigated a brand workshop. The results spoke for themselves. In one day we identified all the strengths they had to promote (including some they had forgotten), identified weaknesses and solutions to make the brand stronger, wrote a clear positioning statement for the business and united a team representing all the customer facing disciplines by giving them greater understanding about the business they worked in and what they should do to make their brand a force to be reckoned with.
