Loyalty programs have been done to death, badly in our opinion, so why should this be any different? We listened to the brief and proved almost immediately that the customer’s voice was not being heard. Rather than scrap the project we showed the need was actually to extend the offer. We have a real flair for delivering customer insight and through qualitative and quantitative research put together the “irresistible offer”.

Pilots proved a real success and as result a national role out program has been launched. Processes have been mapped and partnerships formed that have won new business. New benchmarks have been established for support and communication and the client is on track to sign over 150 members in year one.
